How far you gotten on it? I searched for portions of the strings to find the lines to insert what I needed. Then I used beyond compare to look at what I did to compare it to the changes listed for it.

Just make backup of your original files when you attack this one...easy to make a typo or 12

Smiles.... Not too far... I can't find the first bit of code... Not sure which hack is conflicting with it.....

I had that problem too... so I didn't use the entire string to search, just the first part of the string. Then I would compare the lines to make sure I was in the right location. I also would search more to see if there were more than one strings containing my search abbreviation. Then when I had is narrowed down I added it as needed. Not sure which one I added that changed the select line either but this was my work around method.

Yes do what smilesforu is saying. You can compare the the strings and see what has to entered on the lines.

example on the end of the one string you have to insert $body

if you compare the lines you will see what needs to be added just search for the first word etc to find the appropriate strings.

Yep, I guess I'll have to get ambitious or just wait.. Working 7 days a week right now and I don't have much time darnit....:D

Don't feel bad It took me a week to get it reinstalled after I removed it. Only about 5 tries...

I aint making fun of you really just pointing out the level of difficulty of the hack as apposed to most hacks around here.

At one time it was hard for me to do these easy hacks.

Same here. I am pretty good at doing hacks and this one does not work for me either. I think those instructions are really fractured and need to be re-written in one file. I will look better when I arrive home. heheh working now.

This looks to be a very handy and useful mod, and I'd like to add it to the HP forums . . . but to be entirely honest, this thread is lengthy and confusing to me. Is there a single mod file or how-to on this, that clearly and concisely gives all the correct mods to make?

OK this thread got way to confusing.

It started out in the How do I? then Michael figured it out and posted what he did. It was never posted as a "mod" but sort of become one.

Going to put this thread back to "how do I" and lock it.

I take no credit for the mod... it's Michael's work, but I wrote up the instructions here. That should help those who had difficulty.

We can continue the discussion there.
